Our Services

We can custom tailor a service package to fit a client’s specific needs and budget. We can monitor a project on-site from groundbreaking to completion of construction, or we can assist in particular LEED credits. With our diverse background, we have experience in new construction, renovation and tenant fit out of existing buildings, commercial interiors, core and shell, schools, homes, and operations/maintenance.

Our available LEED Green consulting and management services include:

• Review plans for additional LEED Green credit opportunities
• Suggest ways to trim costs to stay within budget
• Ensure implementation, documentation, and monitoring of SWPPPs, including resolution of field issues
• Participate in pre-construction meetings and contribute to construction planning, which is essential for LEED prerequisites and credits such as preserving habitat
• Conduct on-site meetings for construction staff to communicate and coordinate responsibilities and timelines
• Oversee the LEED Green process on-site during construction, collecting documentation including time- and date-stamped photos as needed, and identifying problems and their resolutions in the field
• Consult in regards to an optimal schedule of completion for each phase to ensure a smooth LEED process
• Make recommendations and communicate a coordinated schedule with subcontractors, keeping the construction team apprised of any delays or field issues
• Coordinate with local charities for the donation of materials when pursuing the construction waste management credit
• Provide a survey to building occupants within 6 to 18 months of occupancy to satisfy the thermal comfort: verification credit
